Do I own my website?
Yes! Once your website is live, it’s yours to keep. You own all the content, and if you ever decide to switch hosts, you can take the site with you at no extra cost. We want to make sure you have complete control over your online presence.
What are the costs involved?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing. After we finalize your site design, you pay a one-time fee for the creation of your website. Then, there’s a £20/month charge for hosting and your domain name. If you already own a domain, we can use that, and you’ll just pay the hosting fee.
What if the domain name I want isn’t available?
We’ll do our best to find the perfect domain for your business. If your first choice isn’t available, we’ll suggest alternatives that are just as effective. You can also provide us with your own domain if you already own one, and we can use that instead.
Can I make changes to my site after it’s live?
Yes, we offer ongoing support! If you need any changes, updates, or adjustments down the line, we’re here to help. Just reach out, and we’ll take care of it.
What happens if I decide to cancel my hosting?
You can cancel your hosting at any time with no extra fees. You own your website and can take it with you if you decide to move your hosting elsewhere. We’re here to make the process as easy and transparent as possible.
Do you offer email accounts?
Currently we do not provide email hosting. Though we can help you set up and connect your domain to a third-party email provider free of charge.
